The package rates are inclusive of tickets to statue of unity (Entry Ticket & Viewing gallery), Valley of Flowers, Khalwani to Zarwani, Eco tourism bus Tour, Sardar Sarovar Dam view Point, Laser show(Subject to availability), An individual can book viewing gallery tickets directly from soutickets.in
Entry ticket to Statue of Unity for Foreign Nationals is not included in our package costs and they are required to buy the same from soutickets.in
In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation, the booking amount will not be refundable.
In case of late arrival at the tent city, guests will not be entitled to missed meals or other activities.
The Voucher issued in respect of the packages for Statue of Unity tent city is to be furnished Compulsorily along with Government approved valid Photo ID proof of each guest at the reception counter prior to one day before the check-in; for foreign Nationals, it is mandatory to furnish valid Passport & Visa. Pan Card will not be accepted as a valid photo ID.
In case of late arrival at Tent City, guests will not be entitled to missed meals or other activities.
In case of early arrival at Tent City, guests can pay early check-in charges if the rooms are available and if rooms are not available then they have to wait until the check-in time as prescribed.
Please note that the cooling of A.C. in the vehicles and common areas will be maintained as per the temperature comfortable to the majority of guests present.

Any incidental, personal, and other expenses and costs of items that are not specified/mentioned in the inclusions are to be borne by the guest.
Management is not responsible for the loss of the personal belongings of the guest. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. Guests carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewelry, silverware, cameras, laptop, electronic items or photographic equipment, antiques, artifacts, work of art, precious metals, and similar valuables at their own risk.
This is an indicative itinerary & subject to change depending upon circumstances at the sole discretion of management.
All rooms are Strictly Non-smoking areas as per in-house rules.
Guests have to follow the house rules and applicable laws of the land.
Management reserves the right to cancel reservations without any prior notice in case of any Central/State Government Event/Meetings/visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In which case, alternative dates can be set or a full refund will be given.
The management takes utmost precaution to prevent incidents such as fire, short circuits, or any other mishappenings which are beyond the control. However, The management’s liability for loss of baggage due to fire, short circuit, or any other mishappening whatsoever is subject to a maximum amount of INR 30,000/- per room. All guests can opt for adequate insurance coverage through their insurance company prior to travel to Statue of Unity Tent city – 1.
Visit Statue of Unity premises, Khalwani to Zarwani Ecotourism Bus Tour are subject to change/cancel due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Pets are not allowed inside the Tent City.
Due to unavoidable circumstances because of COVID-19, if we need to shut down the property by government Guidelines/rules, we would refund 100% of your accommodation charges of Statue Of Unity Tent City. We are not liable for any refund of transportation/travel expenses.
If any guest is detected with COVID-19 symptoms at the Statue of Unity Tent City Entry Gate, we will amend the date of arrival as per availability on a complimentary basis. If there is a rate difference then the difference amount has to be paid by the guest. Our expert team will also assist the guest in the nearest hospital.
If any guest is detected with COVID-19 symptoms during his/her stay at the tent city then we will transfer him/her to our in-house isolation center and our In-house medical team will inspect the guests. If the guests are instructed for further isolation/hospitalization then we will assist the guests to reach the nearest hospital.
We Advice the guest to follow the itinerary timings for Sightseeing, if guests are willing to visit the sightseeing by their own Vehicle then we can provide you tickets as per the itinerary inclusions and no refund shall be payable for any skipped or missed transportation services.
Any dispute arising in the above-mentioned terms & conditions is subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.

Inclusions
2 Nights/3 Days Package includes Lunch, Refreshment & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment & Dinner on 2nd Day, and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 3rd Day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in the dining area and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on the 3rd Day.
1 Night/2 Days package includes Lunch, Refreshment & Dinner on 1st Day and Morning Tea and Breakfast on 2nd Day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on the 2nd Day.
Visit to Sardar Sarovar Dam View & Selfie Point, Valley of Flower, and The Statute of Unity Laser Show on Day 1, Eco-Tourism Tour on Day 2. Guest/s who have missed the visit as per the Itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis.
Accommodation in Rooms is on a twin sharing basis.
Two bottles of drinking water per cottage will be provided on a complimentary basis.
